Was trying to call someone when I noticed that most of the pics at my desk all featured the 'backs' of people. There are the backs of two backpackers perched on the mountain, of a girl dressed as an angel facing the beach while the waves are tumbling in to the shore, of a girl and a dog on the dock on a lake. Even the Chaise lounges on the beach were shot form the back... I remembered a line from a movie goes somethig like... one of the loneliest/ saddest sights is the back of a person walking away from you....
I, on the other hand, actually like the sight of a back. It is actually beautiful....
Anyway, haven't been writing here for so long that I forgot to log the highlights of the past three weeks. :) Here we go. ;)
Highlights for the Week of FEB 13
1. Had the superb shoot at Porto Gualberto, Batangas. ( which actually gave me a darker tan, overnight, rather than my 4 day shoot in Boracay.)
2. Got my free Sandwich 'Five on the Floor' CD! Yipee!
3. Had the 2-years-in-the-works coffee with Denise at the Town Center.
4. Got to meet his parents.
Highlights for the Week of FEB 20
1. Went to the Kamikazee album launch at Metrobar. (ergo, I got to meet Jay, the lead vocalist and had my my free CD signed. hehehe.)
2. Did my first stint for Cosmo at the Exile concert. Was able to interview Bamboo and Ira *gush*. (he looks absolutely scrumptious with his new haircut!)
3. Talked to him on the phone during the wee hours in the morning.
4. Received an unexpected message from him during the wee hours in the morning.
5. Attended Jo Ann and Pio's wedding in Tagaytay.
6. Celebrated Jenie's birthday at Tia Maria's.
and now, the week is starting again...

How stressed are you?
6th Week Highlights
1. My kid brother celebrated his 18th birthday! woohoo!
2. Went to Tagaytay with Lola. :) (and Tita Ampee and Tito Rad.)
3. Greeted Him 'Happy Birthday'. (Which come to think of it, he kind of demanded that I greet him on his personal holiday... he was expecting it, actually. The ass! )
4. Met Jenie for an 'after dinner' rendezvous.
5. Watched Carlo's 'Zsa Zsa Zaturnah'opening night at the CCP.
6. Was at the Lovapalooza in which Bamboo only sang one song! Blah!
Actually had one of the most stressful weeks ever at work!
I basically stay the office half the day and half out... or should I say longer outside... pulling out... shoot... sourcing... ugh... but I love it! hehehe. Felt like I am working... that I am actually doing something... that something is actually happening! Fabulous!
Add to that, I was out every night of the week! Hehehe!
So today, Sunday, it wasn't surprising that all i ever wanted to do was sleep! :)
Tomorrow, will be in Batangas for my first ever styling shoot... to a place 30 minutes away from civilization... where there isn't any cellphone signal... Where there will only be us and the beach...
God Help Me.

How much have you heard?
4th Week Highlights
1. Got to buy my first swimsuit in .... 10 years? :)
2. Got to see Iloilo, Antique, Caticlan, and Kalibo.
3. Got to meet Gwynie's mom and Dad.
4. Got to experience Boracay for the first time! :)
5th Week Highlights
1. Talked to him on the phone
2. Bought a new shirt from Happy Days
3. Was able to pass article on time!
4. Was able to watch Gwynie in a play. :)
and still counting. :)
Funny thing happened today.
An officemate asked me if prior to the jollibee experience, how much was my knowledge with bands... Well, I told her that even during high school, I already have been thrown in that section of society. Some of my closest friends were rockers. It just doesn't mean that if I am not a screaming, head banging fan, I am a complete ignoramus... It was just funny... and tad bit satisfying to see that quiet face. She always treated me as though I was a complete idiot when it came to rock music... or atleast, music in general.
Well, I hope now she knows better.
